Light loading vestibule DHOUSL series

The lightweight DHOUSL series loading platform is available for dock levelers with a rotating lip. It has a lighter and more technologically advanced design - the walls and roof are made of corrugated sheet metal. Additional elements (flashings), which are included in the standard delivery set, make the connection between the vestibule and the building as airtight as possible. Installation is carried out using surface mounting, the speed of which is achieved through the supply of pre-assembled units. All structural connections are welded.

Carry out technical inspection and maintenance of the dock house regularly to provide its safe and smooth operation.

In winter remove excess snow buildup from on top of the house, shelter and leveler. Clean the surrounding territory of the warehouse to ensure correct positioning of trailers.

Speed of a parking trailer should be minimum, not more than 1 km/h (30 sm/sec).

Never drive forklifts and other lifting equipment on to the house frame. Drive only on the leveler deck and house triangle.

Attention! Check bumpers for signs of wear and tear regularly. Should bumper residual thickness comprise less than 50 mm or there is no bumper material at all stop using the dock house until new bumper material is installed.

All the DoorHan products are loaded with hydraulic crane or fork-lift truck with 2 m long forks. Customer or installer is recommended to use similar equipment. When lifting with crane or other lifting device use slings of corresponding lifting capacity.

Mounting on steel embedded plates. This is a preferable type of installation including embedment of steel plates (400 × 400 mm) in particular places of a concrete base during preparation of installation site for a dock house. Operating Conditions

Carry out technical inspection and maintenance of the dock house regularly to provide its safe and smooth operation.

In winter remove excess snow buildup from on top of the house, shelter and leveler. Clean the surrounding territory of the warehouse to ensure correct positioning of trailers.

Speed of a parking trailer should be minimum, not more than 1 km/h (30 sm/sec).

Never drive forklifts and other lifting equipment on to the house frame. Drive only on the leveler deck and house triangle.

Attention! Check bumpers for signs of wear and tear regularly. Should bumper residual thickness comprise less than 50 mm or there is no bumper material at all stop using the dock house until new bumper material is installed.

Additional Information

All the DoorHan products are loaded with hydraulic crane or fork-lift truck with 2 m long forks. Customer or installer is recommended to use similar equipment. When lifting with crane or other lifting device use slings of corresponding lifting capacity.

Mounting Options
Mounting on steel embedded plates. This is a preferable type of installation including embedment of steel plates (400 × 400 mm) in particular places of a concrete base during preparation of installation site for a dock house. Mounting on concrete base (with anchor bolts). This type of installation is used when steel plates were not embedded during concrete base pouring.

Warranty

DoorHan warrants the dock house to operate properly for a period of 1 year from purchase date for retail orders and for 2 years from purchase date for dealer orders.
