S, mm Minimum side room clearance | 80 |
Parameter | Value | Notes |
---|---|---|
Wind load resistance, Pa, class (EN 12424) | Shield entirely from sandwich panels - 1,270 (5); Shield containing no more than 2 panoramic panels / shield containing no more than 1 panel with a window - 1,000 (4); Shield containing no more than 3 panoramic panels / shield containing no more than 2 panels with a window - 700 (3); Shield containing no more than 4 panoramic panels / shield containing no more than 3 panels with a window - 450 (2); Panel containing more than 4 panoramic panels / Panel containing more than 3 panels with a window - 300 (1) | |
Volumetric air permeability, m³/m²*h, class (EN 12426) | At pressure +50 Pa < 12 (2) At vacuum -50 Pa < 12 (2) | |
Water resistance limit - minutes, class (EN12425) | At a pressure of +50 Pa - 25 (2) At a pressure of +200 Pa - 35 (3) | |
Manual opening and closing force, N, no more than (EN 12604) | 150 | |
Reliability, number of opening-closing cycles, not less than (EN 12604) | 20 000 | |
Heat transfer coefficient, W/(m² *K), (CSN 73 0540-2) | 1,2 | |
Door leaf weight, kg/m² | 11,6 | The exact value depends on the size of the panels used in the door construction. |
1. Sections of the door leaf must move smoothly along the rails, and the door itself must be balanced, i.e. their weight must be compensated by tension springs.
2. Manual opening and closing of the sectional door is carried out only with the handle.
3. When manually opening and closing the sectional door, do not put much force on it. Sharp jerks are prohibited.
4. Make sure that people and animals are not in the range of the sectional door during its operation.
5. It is strictly forbidden to move under the moving door leaf, as this may cause injury.
6. Don’t strike the door leaf or obstruct its movement.
7. Keep tracks and rollers clean, as dirt may prevent the door from smooth movement and cause overloading and damage of the door opener (if used).
8. Make sure that there are no foreign objects and debris in the opening while the blade is moving. Their presence can lead to distortion and jamming of the door leaf.

It is recommended to store sandwich panels in their original packaging on a flat surface. It is recommended to store packages with sandwich panels for no more than 6 months from the date of production in closed warehouses or under a canopy. Panels must be protected from moisture, and in winter - from snow and pollution. Protect them from direct sunlight, precipitation and dust. Packages must be stored in a horizontal position.
The buyer is provided with a 1-year warranty for doors manufactured by the DoorHan.
